Ryanair are currently recruiting for an OCC Administrator to join Europe's largest airline group

Thsi is an excellent time to join as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 8 years. 

The role of the OCC Admin is pivotal in the planning and executiion of Ryanair's 24/7 Operations Control Centre (OCC) which is resposible for the planning and corrodination of over 3900 daily fligths, crew schedules and operations

Duties include but not limited to;

  • Management of OCC training planning and training record upkeep on Totara (Dangerous good training, Security, Safety Management systems, Insider threat, Flight time limitations etc)
  • Participate in Audits and support Compliance Dept with any documentary requests
  • Organise all onboarding and training programme of new OCC staff
  • Involved in the development of regulatory training (EASA working groups) – attending calls, giving feedback and liaising with Flight Ops department.
  • Maintain and develop a training syllabus for all departments in OCC 
  • Responsible for ensuring CRISIS and VASH exercises are completed by all OCC staff in line with requirements
  • Maintain OCC roster, plan annual leave, track absence
  • Ops & Crew delay reviews and investigations
  • Preparation of weekly / monthly reports, action items etc.

Requirements

  • A high degree of flexibility will be required as the successful candidate should possess:
  • The ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
  • Good problem solving and logistical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills strong outgoing personality
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and Netline would be an advantage)
