Description
Ryanair is currently recruiting for an Operations Control Analyst.
Working as part of a team, within our Operations Control Centre in our Head Office in Dublin, the Operations Control Analyst will be responsible for investigating disruptions to the Ryanair operation and producing well-structured court-compliant reports and statements on the causes of delay and cancelation. The successful candidate must have a strong personality and be able to confidently provide oral evidence as an expert witness in a court of law across various jurisdictions. They will work closely with Regulators, Customer Standards and instructing lawyers.
Your duties will include:
- Awareness of the causes and mitigation measures of all disruptions to the Ryanair operation including denied boarding, cancelations, diversions and delays
- Produce well-structured court-compliant reports and statements
- Respond to all legal queries relating to flight disruptions
- Identify and improv OCC efficiencies to reduce exposure to E261 claims
- Attend court in defence of claims across our route network
- Other duties as assigned
