Description
Ryanair are currently recruiting for a ACAM Manager - Technical Services to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!
This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.
The role:
- Ensure ACAMs inspections are closed on time to the satisfaction of the IAA.
- Liaise with relevant departments ensuring corrective actions are implemented for all ARC findings.
- Ensure any root cause is identified and that appropriate preventative actions are implemented to prevent reoccurrence
- Work with Part-145 and Part-CAMO staff to implement changes in order to avoid findings and reoccurrence of issues.
- Control and distribution of aircraft technical data.
- Ensure up to date technical documentation is made available via Airbus world and My Boeing Fleet.
- Liaise with Flight Ops to administer Ryanair Group AOC’s MEL’s.
- Electronic Technical Log Administration.
- Trending, implementing corrective action and classification of ARC, ACAM and SAFA/SACA findings.
Requirements
- Relevant engineering qualification (degree) or aircraft maintenance technician qualification.
- 5 years’ experience within a similar role in an airline.
- Experience reviewing audit findings and determining root cause.
- Ability to implement changes to practices and procedures.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
