Ryanair Labs are currently recruiting for Gen AI Intern to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!
Ryanair Labs is the technology brand of Ryanair. Labs is a state of-the-art digital & IT innovation hub creating Europe's Leading Travel Experience for our customers.
We are launching a 3 month paid IT Internship Program which will give you the opportunity to work within the Ryanair Labs Teams. After successful completion there will be a possibility of extending the cooperation on civil contract / contract of employment for next 9 months and prospect of staying with us long term! We are looking for people open for at least 1 year cooperation with us.

The Role
Gen AI Pod (GAP) Intern is a generalist, AI-powered role within the GAP team, helping onboard new AI use cases onto both internal GenAI platforms and external tools, while also extending platform capabilities at the edge. This includes supporting work across agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent collaboration within internal tooling and Microsoft Copilot.
The intern will be encouraged to actively use and experiment with the latest foundation models and AI development tools, such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc. And to explore how these can be applied across the software development lifecycle and wider business domains.
This role requires open-minded thinking, curiosity, and adaptability, as the successful candidate will work closely with a small, innovation-focused, multinational team building enterprise-grade AI applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role will involve hands-on support for rapid experimentation, documentation, integration work, and platform evolution, helping accelerate AI adoption across the organization.
Requirements
- Student in a field related with Computer Science or interest in IT.
- Good command of English (min. B2).
