Description
This role is critical for the business to help understand the behaviour of our customers through converting the data produced into insight and communicating it to senior stakeholders across Ryanair.
Your responsibilities as an Insight Analyst will include
- Understand the key metrics that the CRM and Marketing team generate and support the delivery of reporting and performance analysis.
- Work with the CRM, marketing and technical teams (BI, Data Science, Marketing Ops) to develop measurement frameworks, metrics and models to drive business performance.
- Query datasets from different sources, turn data into information, information into insight and insight into customer and business recommendations.
- Develop quantitative analysis to drive business decisions and strategy within CRM and marketing.
- Provide analytical support for day-to-day insight queries and help the CRM and marketing team become more data literate.
- Build dashboards and ongoing reports.
Requirements
Experience/Background
- 1+ years of experience in a Customer/Product analytics role
- A/B testing experience is required
- Experience with large datasets and proficient in using SQL to derive insights
- Experienced in using visualisation tools to produce insightful charts that support insight narrative
- Ability to scale and automate insights through reports and dashboards (e.g. PowerBI/Tableau)
- Experience with Python and/or R is a plus.
- Knowledge on data structure and data set management in Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English is a must.
- Ability to relay technical knowledge to stakeholders with various levels of technical knowledge
- Attention to detail and good time management and prioritisation skills a must
