Due to our continued growth, Aircraft Engineering Services (AES) in association with their client airline Ryanair are recruiting for a Training Standards Supervisor to be located at our offices in London Stansted, UK within the Engineering Training department.
Within this job role, you will gain core experience working in a compliance and legislative role supporting the Engineering Training Department in accordance with EASA and national authority regulations. You will be part of a dedicated team delivering industry leading training.
The person will report directly to the Engineering Training Standards Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the Training school meets the demands throughout the Ryanair network.
Duties will include:
- Storage, validation, and maintenance of the relevant engineering documentation
- Assist with the production of the Ryanair Quarterly Continuation Training package
- Revision control of Engineering department forms
- Issuance of mandatory reads & Ryanair safety alerts to engineering staff
- Locally supervise Training Coordinator and manage task delegation
- Assist with any other projects defined by Training Standards Manager
- Provide support to the Manager and standards coordinator
- Manage Issuance of Mechanic Stamps to the network
Requirements
- Ideally hold a qualification in Business Administration, HR or any such equivalent degree
- Previous experience in administrative or HR function necessary
- Experience working within the aircraft industry.
- Ideally hold knowledge of EASA Part 145, 147 & Part 66 regulations.
- Ability to ensure on-time performance and processing of applications in accordance with operational plans.
- Ability to plan and work to deadlines and on own initiative.
- Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft packages and Smartsheets
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiently implement changes.
