Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Fleet Development Engineer to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Development Engineer to join our Technical Services Engineering team. Based in our Dublin office, and reporting to the Fleet Development Manager. 
The responsibilities of the Fleet Development Engineer include:

  • Supporting the Fleet Development manager with MAX-10 configuration selection and Pre Into Service
  • Liaising with Boeing Delivery Centre on the delivery and acceptance of the Boeing 737-8200 aircraft.
  • Supporting the Fleet Development manager with aircraft transitions – sales, lease returns and delivery of new aircraft.
  • Engaging with aircraft lessors and resolving queries in a satisfactory and timely manner.
  • Ensuring Ryanair deliver on all contractual requirements of aircraft lease/sale agreements.
  • Engaging with various Aviation Authorities on the registration/transition of aircraft.

Requirements

  • Relevant engineering degree
  • Excellent communication skills with experience writing or reviewing technical instructions
  • Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Lateral thinker who can identify areas of potential improvement and provide solutions
  • Strong attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and the ability to deliver results to tight timelines. 
  • Flexibility to travel.
